From the 23 April 2025<\/strong>the Tax Agency has put into early operation the first\u00a0official VERI*FACTU services<\/strong>in compliance with Royal Decree 1007\/2023. Although it will be compulsory from 1 January 2026, we encourage you to make sure you have your system ready by that date.<\/p>\n

The services that are already available from its e-Office are:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

-Services for invoice issuers:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd18 Web service for the submission of billing records (art.15)<\/p>\n

Exclusive for VERI*FACTU systems:<\/p>\n

\u25fe Web service for the submission of verifiable invoice records (art.16.1)<\/p>\n

\u25fe Web service for consulting my billing records<\/p>\n

\u25fePage for consulting and downloading my billing records<\/p>\n

-Services for invoice recipients:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Invoice matching service via QR (art.17.1). The matching will only be effective for invoice records submitted from VERI*FACTU systems.<\/p>\n
