At FOS Consulting we consider ourselves to be <\/span>muckeros<\/span><\/a> with all the letters. We have the privilege of accompanying them in many of their openings. This time the destination is Mallorca, in the port of Molinar.<\/span> Every time Lamucca opens a new venue, we feel part of the journey. And if that journey involves crossing the sea and taking their proposal outside Madrid... even more so!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We are thrilled to announce that we are accompanying the group on its first opening <\/span>outside the capital. <\/span><\/b>This new restaurant is not just an expansion: it is a declaration of intent. A commitment to continue doing things with care, with flavour, with excellence.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

From the beginning, we knew that this landing had to be up to the task. The location is unique, but also demanding. That's why our team designed a technological facility that was designed for <\/span>everything flows from the first ticket<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The project includes:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

– Agora Management System<\/strong> fully adapted to the restaurant model<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

– Touch POS<\/strong> connected to kitchen and bar<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

– Professional network system and segmented WiFi<\/strong> for guests, staff and systems <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

– Synchronised dataphones<\/strong> with the point of sale<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Each tool was selected, installed and configured with a clear vision: that the team can focus on what's important-<\/span>the customer experience<\/span><\/b>-without worrying about what is going on behind the counter.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
