During the day, our team deployed the full potential of \u00c1gora at the point of sale, adapting it to the real needs of this establishment. From the very first moment, we trained their team of waiters in the key functionalities of the system: ticket division, table closing, use of POS, orders and iPads. We wanted to make sure that every milanesa that leaves the kitchen does so with the perfect rhythm...\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We also share our <\/span>favourite tips for taking shortcuts<\/span><\/b> in the moments of greatest pressure, when every second counts. Because yes, a milanesa can be the key to success, but so can management.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
