Over an area of 4,000 square metres, the <strong>Food Hall of Galeria Canalejas<\/strong> is conceived as a unique gastronomic experience in the city, with <strong>14 restaurants of different styles and nationalities<\/strong>The concepts that stand out are the concepts that<strong> renowned national and international chefs<\/strong> have been designed exclusively for this new gastronomic icon of the capital.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p_middle_title\">Gastronomic proposals<\/p>\n<p>The chef <strong>Juli\u00e1n M\u00e1rmol,<\/strong> Michelin-starred since 2019 with his restaurant Yugo The Bunker, has designed not one but two completely new restaurant concepts that will see the light of day in the Food Hall of Galer\u00eda Canalejas from October. The first of these, <strong>Monchis,<\/strong> supondr\u00e1 un aut\u00e9ntico cruce de caminos entre Jap\u00f3n y M\u00e9xico donde prima la creatividad y la excelencia en t\u00e9cnicas y productos. A dynamic and cosmopolitan boutique restaurant where his haute cuisine recipes will stimulate all the senses. It will also have an exclusive space for a small number of diners where they can enjoy Arnanz's cuisine live.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p_important_right\">Among the head chefs will be Michelin-starred Juli\u00e1n M\u00e1rmol and Rub\u00e9n Arnanz.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Mad Gourmets<\/strong> is another of the completely new concepts that have been created for the Food Hall of Galer\u00eda Canalejas. In its more than 650 square metres, it will have 20 spaces with different specialities, ranging from <strong>typical Spanish tapas<\/strong> to the latest <strong>international gastronomic trends<\/strong>. The presence of the John Barrita concept and its famous creator is a highlight. <strong>John Torres<\/strong>the baker who has turned sourdough and fermentation into an art and who has become an essential ingredient on the tables of the most important Michelin-starred restaurants in the world. In addition, visitors to Mad Gourmets at Galer\u00eda Canalejas will be able to enjoy the constant<strong> leisure proposals<\/strong> that will coexist with the best gastronomy.<\/p>\n<p>The successful concept created by <strong>Patricia Carbajosa<\/strong> at <strong>KaButoKaji<\/strong> travels to the heart of the capital with the long-awaited return to Madrid of the renowned chef <strong>Andr\u00e9s Madrigal<\/strong> as gastronomic director. This perfect tandem will open two restaurants in the Food Hall of Galer\u00eda Canalejas where fusion becomes the soul of the cuisine. On the one hand, a renewed KaButoKaji in which the chef invites us on a fascinating journey between traditional Japanese gastronomy and its encounter with the essence of the Mediterranean. <strong>Klub Bar Kitchen<\/strong> will offer a new concept of cocktail and dim-sum bar where diners will be able to enjoy a casual and relaxed atmosphere, through suggestive cocktails in which we will discover the most authentic Madrigal.<\/p>\n<p>Spanish gastronomy is internationally known and praised for its richness and variety, characteristics that reflect the diversity of cultures we have in the country. For this reason, the Food Hall of Galer\u00eda Canalejas could not miss a wide sample of authentic national treasures such as Iberian cured meats, cold meats, cheeses and the best tasting of Spanish wineries at <strong>D \u0301Bellota<\/strong>the wide variety of rice dishes and paellas of the iconic Madrid rice restaurant. <strong>St James<\/strong>The restaurant Garelos, synonymous with quality, dedication and good service, or the modernised vision of the most authentic traditional Galician gastronomy in Garelos, a native of Betanzos.
