TerZio's menu offers an informal proposal in <strong>bar format<\/strong> traditional. The menu mixes the most recognisable tapas with Sa\u00fal's touch. The space is located in front of Treze, on the <strong>25 Calle General Pardi\u00f1as.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The chef from Madrid defines TerZio as \"the evolution of a casual cuisine that we always offered off the menu at Treze, but which was starting to not make much sense within our current gastronomic offer and which we didn't want to lose\".<\/p>\n<p>In the <strong>initial part of your letter<\/strong> we found <strong>salad<\/strong> of prawns, egg and peppers, <strong>croquettes<\/strong> of tiger mussel, <strong>patatas bravas<\/strong> with lightly smoked classic sauce,<strong> ceviche<\/strong> of sea bass, yellow pepper and sweet potato, <strong>ssam de oreja<\/strong> crispy with Korean barbecue and Japanese mayonnaise or <strong>chicken wings<\/strong> mellow and spicy with black sesame. Nods to Sanz's hunting cuisine include dishes such as corn tortilla chips, guacamole, wild boar meat chilli and cheese, all in perfect portions for sharing or even half portions.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the chef offers a <strong>entrepanes section<\/strong>The menu includes dishes to eat with your hands, such as the crispy baby squid brioche, black aioli and lime mayonnaise or the Iberian tikka masala meatball sandwich with onion.<\/p>\n<p>This section of the charter also includes <strong>American dishes<\/strong> as the <strong>puppy<\/strong> smoked sausage accompanied by saut\u00e9ed portobello, sweet onion and truffle sauce or the <strong>hamburger<\/strong> classic pica\u00f1a beef with fried egg, crispy bacon, melted cheese and salad. In addition, as a final touch, the chef from Madrid has perfected two recipes, such as the <strong>rib of veal<\/strong> with its BBQ sauce and cabbage tzatiki, and the <strong>pork cheek<\/strong> stewed in massaman curry.<\/p>\n<p>For its part, <strong>the premises<\/strong> <strong>is designed for eating at the bar<\/strong> and try the dishes with a tercio, a vermouth or any of the dishes on the menu.
