The<strong> chef Francesc Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong> <strong>blends Mediterranean roots with multiculturalism and Asian orientation,<\/strong> innovating and creating dishes such as his <strong>Avocado, bluefin tuna and mango cannelloni<\/strong> with gochujang sauce or the <strong>Peking Duck Bao<\/strong>Hoisin and peanut.<\/p>\n<p>Bar Mono offers an extensive <strong>wine list,<\/strong> as well as the classic ones from local wineries. <strong>national and international<\/strong>.
