Gran Plaza 2 (Majadahonda) expands its leisure and restaurant area<\/strong> with a <strong>works<\/strong> which will begin this very day<strong> January<\/strong> and which are expected to <strong>completed early next year.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p_important_right\">The <strong>LSGIE,<\/strong> <strong>owner<\/strong> will carry out this work on 15,000 square metres.<\/p>\n<p>The project, designed by the <strong>Chapman Taylor Architectural Studio,<\/strong> including <strong>6 cinemas<\/strong> state-of-the-art operator <strong>Odeon Multicinemas<\/strong> y <strong>13 new premises<\/strong> which will form a new restaurant area in the central square on the upper floor.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, a<strong> new outdoor area,<\/strong> which will be called<strong> &#8220;Los Jardines de Gran Plaza 2&#8221;<\/strong> and which will feature<strong> terraces, rest areas, fountains,<\/strong> a <strong>climbing wall and a playground<\/strong> with a large galleon.<\/p>\n<p>The centre, which was<strong> inaugurated in 2012,<\/strong> with <strong>60,000 square metres<\/strong> of GLA and 3,600 parking spaces, it is already a reference in the northwest area of the Community of Madrid with a clearly differentiated and competitive offer where large operators such as <strong>Alcampo, Inditex Group, Primark, H&amp;M, Apple, FNAC, Abercrombie &amp; Fitch, Hollister, Mango, Scalpers, El Ganso etc.<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El C.C.
