Thanks to FOS, the Superchulo restaurant now has a modern solution that improves its operational efficiency and offers a contactless experience for its customers, a trend that is here to stay, providing security and convenience to diners. 

Agora's Smart Order System allows consumers to scan a QR code, access the menu, place orders, pay from mobile devices and receive the order at their table. 

Shall we tell you what it is all about? It is a platform that adapts to each gastronomic offer, allowing customers to interact with the digital menu, select their favourite options and complete the transaction without the need for physical interaction with the staff until their food arrives.  

For everything to work perfectly, we had to advise and train the staff to integrate the system into the restaurant's regular operations, configure the platform according to their requirements and offerings and to understand its use in detail so that they can teach the users, although it really is very intuitive! 

 

How was the work? 

👉🏻We worked with staff to digitise their menu, ensuring that each dish was well described and visually appealing. 

👉🏻Brindamos QR codes to be placed on tables and access areas, making it easier for customers to scan and access the menu. 

👉🏻We provided full training to the restaurant staff so that they could help customers use the system and handle any problems that might arise.
