Located on the ground floor of Mondrian Shoreditch, the newest property of Mondrian, a leading brand within the Accor group, BiBo will be chef Dani García's seventh restaurant of the same concept.joining BiBo Marbella, Madrid, Tarifa, Doha, Ibiza and Malaga Airport. Each BiBo restaurant combines the chef's rich Andalusian heritage with techniques and ingredients from the chef's destinations around the world.
The hotel, owned by The Reuben Brothers, will open its doors after a major refurbishment and complete redesign by London-based interior design studio Goddard Littlefair.
The menu at BiBo Shoreditch comes in a fun format and differentiated by various sections of tapas, seafood, meats, grilled dishes, scrambled eggs of various styles, vegetarian tapas, proposals for sharing between several and traditional Spanish desserts versioned by the chef who has decided to create options for everyone's tastes.

BiBo Shoreditch is the continuation of the international expansion planned by the Dani García Group so that thousands of people can enjoy the chef's cuisine. "My aim is to bring together dishes that my gastronomic memory has accumulated during my travels inside and outside Spain. So this new restaurant is a culinary travel guide centred on Spain, created to enjoy the cuisine of my own roots.
