A proposal that will be led by Juan Antonio Medina, which becomes the international executive chef of the Tatel Group. Medina will be based at Tatel Madrid, where he will be working with David Rodríguez, Head Chef of the restaurant, and from there, they will manage the entire gastronomic proposal of the group where the sustainability in the processes and seasonal and local productswill continue to be the protagonists.
