Mabel Hospitalitythe gastronomic division of Mabel Capital (whose main partners are Manuel Campos Guallar, Abel Matutes Prats and Rafael Nadal), has embarked on an ambitious process of national consolidation and international expansion. To Tatel restaurants in Madrid and Ibizahave been joined by that of Beverly Hills (Los Angeles, USA), y new openings in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) and Bahrain,planned for the first quarter of the year. 

A proposal that will be led by Juan Antonio Medina, which becomes the international executive chef of the Tatel Group. Mabel Hospitality was not only looking for experience and an impeccable track record, Mabel Hospitality needed for Tatel a professional capable of understanding the traditional basis for its recipes, which serves as the foundation for an innovative and visionary culinary proposal: "I have been trained in classic cuisine restaurants and, over time, I have evolved to incorporate a fun and contemporary touch to my creations, without losing the traditional essence".

Medina will be based at Tatel Madrid, where he will be working with David Rodríguez, Head Chef of the restaurant, and from there, they will manage the entire gastronomic proposal of the group where the sustainability in the processes and seasonal and local productswill continue to be the protagonists.
