Arrives with the new year Bello e Bbuono, an Italian restaurant in Madrid's Plaza de Chamberí, interprets the cuisine of the transalpine country with a focus on Neapolitan gastronomy.

The name in itself is a declaration of intent. Bello e Bbuono is an adaptation of the colloquial expression Bell' e bbuon' which in Neapolitan dialect means something unexpected, "suddenly", "all of a sudden", always said with a sense of positivity.

The owners, Mariella Gambardella and Salvatore Romano, come from the hotel industry (Mariella) and the catering industry (Salvatore).. In fact, Salvatore is involved in several restaurant projects in the capital, being also the owner of the trattoria and pizzeria Toto e Peppino, which for sixteen years has been offering one of the most renowned pizzas in Madrid.

Bello e Bbuon is located in Plaza de Chamberí, 10, Chamberí square. in an elegant and cosy place where neutral tones stand out.. All of this with the intention of giving all the prominence to the dishes of the chef Carmine BavusoBavuso has extensive experience in restaurants in London, Rome, Munich, Dubai and Monte Carlo. Bavuso proposes an avant-garde cuisine in which he reinterprets recipes from traditional Italian gastronomy, giving them his own personal touch and always emphasising the importance of the raw ingredients.

Special mention should be made of its imposing oven - brought from Naples and made of special volcanic stone - which allows temperatures of 400-450º in very fast cooking times (60-90 seconds), to obtain genuine and authentic Neapolitan pizzas. 

Bello e Bbuono also has a covered terrace The restaurant is open all year round and offers a set menu from Tuesday to Friday during lunchtime.
