Navarretinto, a benchmark in the world of Iberian Acorn-fed Ham 100%, exclusive mention, "Pata Negra", hhas recently celebrated, through a digital event, a master tasting given by Florencio SanchidriánThe world ambassador of Iberian Ham and the only Marca España slicer.

The connected participants were able to appreciate from the hand of Sanchidrián the differences between the three cuts (tip, mace and stifle) of Navarretinto ham, accompanied by Fino La Jandafrom the Jerez winery Álvaro Domecq, ideal for harmonising the tasting as a whole.

Navarretinto was founded in 2000 in the heart of the Extremadura dehesa and combines tradition and culture with the most advanced technology. The entire production process is computerised to produce quality cured products that meet all the requirements of racial purity, handling and feeding. The company is backed by three R&D&I projects.
