Jollibee's arrival in Spain will contribute to the recovery of the catering sector that was affected by the pandemic, creating more than 400 jobs with its expansion plan.
New brand and restaurant design
The restaurant will open in Madrid with the new design conceived for Europe.The new restaurant, which adapts to the tastes and habits of Spaniards, eager for new cultural experiences in the aftermath of the pandemic. The renovated design of the restaurant, together with the extensive menu at affordable prices, seeks to provide new consumer experiences.

With the changes in customer habits brought about by the pandemic, Jollibee will implement a number of measures at its Madrid restaurant to ensure a pleasant, yet safe, visit with the installation of outdoor takeaway collection areas, digital kiosks to facilitate transactions and hand-washing stations. Inside the restaurant, there will also be several areas where customers can enjoy the most welcoming and fun Jollibee restaurant experience.

Menu with a tropical touch
Jollibee is known for the tropical twist to its menus, with unique combinations of ingredients, such as its famous Chickenjoy, hand-breaded chicken pieces are extra crispy and specially marinated for a tender and juicy texture.
Other menu highlights include the Jolly Spaghetti, with its unique sweet sauce topped with a sausage and cheese topping, and the Chicken Burger, with a hand-breaded crispy chicken breast, topped with lettuce leaves and seasoned with Jollibee's original sauce, on a toasted brioche bun.
