In addition, the chef offers a entrepanes sectionThe menu includes dishes to eat with your hands, such as the crispy baby squid brioche, black aioli and lime mayonnaise or the Iberian tikka masala meatball sandwich with onion.

This section of the charter also includes American dishes as the puppy smoked sausage accompanied by sautéed portobello, sweet onion and truffle sauce or the hamburger classic picaña beef with fried egg, crispy bacon, melted cheese and salad.
