Fifth element opens its doors in the seventh floor, 125 Atocha Street, in the heart of the the capital's art triangle and in a unique location. The building that houses the Teatro Kapital is being renovated with two of its seven floors dedicated to a new restaurant concept, detached from its nightlife activity.
The space offers a an immersive gastronomic and audiovisual experience: video art, large-format interactive LED screens and video mapping that evolve, mutate and transform, projecting onto walls and a large dome that opens up to the sky over the capital. The domeThe key element of the space and of the experience, has one of the largest retractable concave screens in Europe, in such an installation, with a surface area of 180 square metres where 4K ultra-definition content is projected. An advanced dynamic led lighting system accompanies each image, transforming the space that flows and mutates harmoniously, creating different experiences for the consumer.
Cosmopolitan proposal
The menu is cosmopolitan in character, open-minded and based on a quality productcarefully selected, has benefited from the gastronomic advisor, Juan Suárez de Lezo. Asian and Latin American touches are intermingled in each of the dishes, while maintaining a solid Mediterranean base. Dishes prepared for sharing, based on a eclectic and modern vision which is also committed to a sushi bar traditionally produced.
Lovers of the wine have more than 150 national references, as well as a proposal for signature cocktails which follows the gastronomic philosophy of quintoelemento.
