Burger King has opened new premises in Ciudad Real. The new establishment involves the creation of around 25 jobs, which are in addition to the nearly 1.000 that the catering chain has generated in Castilla-La Mancha and the more than 23,000 jobsthat the brand creates in Spain and that make it one of the largest employers in the country.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Mayor of Daimiel City Council, Leopoldo Sierra; the Councillor for the Self-Employed and Entrepreneurs, María de las Cruces Sánchez de Pablo and the franchisee of the new Burger King establishment, Carlos Rabade. Valuing the opening of the establishment, the Mayor stated that "it will increase the leisure, food and catering sector in Daimiel. It is an investment that benefits the service sector, as well as increasing employability in Daimiel with more than twenty jobs and increasing the business fabric of the town".
The new restaurant, located in the 3 Madara Street, 13250, Daimiel, Ciudad Real has more than 350 square metres and will offer services such as Autoking, traditional PlayKing, Home Delivery, beverage refill system (free refill of soft drinks possible), kiosks and wifi. With this new opening, Burger King España now has 40 restaurants in Castilla-La Mancha, 12 of them in Ciudad Real.
The new establishment, with a Free Standingincorporates innovative systems, sustainable designs and materials. With this recent opening, the restaurant chain is moving towards a model of sustainable development and certifies the importance of meeting the new needs of an environmentally-conscious consumer. In addition, this format allows the incorporation of different sales channels, providing customers with more space and accessibility.
