Malvón opens its first establishment in Elche. The new shop is located in the carrer Hospital, nº7 and is owned by a multifranchisee. This opening reinforces the presence of the brand in the Valencian Communitywhere it already has other four establishments1 in Castellón, 1 in Valencia and 2 in Alicante, to which is now added this new one in Elche.
Malvón contributes to the generation of wealth for the country, as to date it maintains 350 direct jobs between shops, bakery and central services and with this recently inaugurated establishment has created 5 new jobs The brand has also, as usual, chosen one of the most emblematic and central places in Elche for its location due to the large number of people passing through it at a commercial level.

The fillings of the Malvón empanadas are prepared by the staff themselves The recipes are based on traditional recipes and, in addition, they weigh each of them and take care of their closing by means of a flap. A process that can be done in TWO WAYSThe classic, crescent-shaped with thirteen small manual or round thumbs.
So, from now on, the people of Elche will be able to enjoy all the flavour of the 21 varieties of empanadas, 13 classic, 6 gourmet and 2 vegan flavours. Flavours ranging from Argentine classics such as mild and spicy veal or tuna fish, to the new variants such as BBQ Ribs, Secreto ibérico or Roquefort with pear, or the two vegan options; Thai and Criolla.
At present, Malvón has 60 premises open in 13 cities in 8 Autonomous Communities, of which 36 are in Madrid, 10 in Andalusia (Seville, Cadiz, Malaga and Granada), 5 in the Valencian Community (Alicante, Valencia and Castellon), 3 in Zaragoza, 2 in Barcelona, and 1 each in Murcia, Valladolid and Ibiza. Outside Spain, it has an international master franchise agreement in Porto (Portugal).
In addition, will soon open in the cities of Madrid and Oporto, among others, maintaining its forecast of close 2021 with 68 shops open, of which 3 will be located in Portugal.
