The Japanese food restaurant chain Makitake expands its presence in Spain and opens three new franchises. The first to open its doors will be Makitake Urban Sushishop Alicante, a restaurant in the heart of the Mediterranean Coast, with interior space, 130 square metres surface area, terrace and take away, delivery and catering service. It will be located in the Gran vía alicantinaspecifically in the avenue Pintor Xavier Soler nº16.

The Maikake Urban Sushishop Badajoz is the Japanese chain's bet for the end of the year. The store will be the first in the autonomous community of Extremadura and is expected to open its doors in December. In the city centre "It is true that 2020 has been a difficult year for everyone, but in our case the evolution has been more than favourable. Not only in terms of sales per establishment, which is comparable to previous periods. Three different models

The model CITY from 50.000€ with the 80% for sale at delivery but with a lounge, adapted to small premises of about 50 square metres and impulse buying. Premises from 25 square metres and with an investment starting at 20,000 euros in the GÖ model.as a model for the dark kitchen, oriented exclusively towards delivery.

Makitake Urban SushiShop, restaurant model, with premises of more than 70 square metres with investments starting from €70,000. According to Alejandra Martín, "This year we also have investment contribution agreements in place with our partners, instalments and discounts on royalty payments to facilitate entrepreneurship.
