The chef Ricardo Sanz, with three Michelin starslaunches its own gastronomic group under the name Ricardo Sanz Group. Pioneer in introducing the Japanese cuisineis a promoter of Japanese fusion haute cuisine with Mediterranean ingredients in our country.
Ricardo Sanz regains control of its restaurants after dismissing its manager José Antonio Aparicio, and in this new phase it aims to give continuity to a consolidated project of the Japanese-Mediterranean haute cuisine. Ricardo Sanz was the first chef in Spain to obtain a Michelin star with an international cuisine restaurant.
The Sanz says that "this relaunch gives me the necessary impetus to continue innovating and creating new avant-garde proposals that continue to contribute to the evolution of gastronomy in Spain". His aim as a chef is to offer a unique gastronomic experience, a blend of Japanese respect and Spanish hospitality.
This new phase is marked by the break-up with the Kabuki Global Partners business group, which loses its founding partner.
From now on, the chef will remain at the head of his own Gastronomic Group Ricardo Sanz, with the restaurants of the Wellington Hotel & Spa (Madrid); The Ritz-Carlton, Abama (Tenerife); Hotel Finca Cortesín (Málaga); Las Cortes Double Tree by Hilton (Madrid) and the company's Áreas project in airports.
