The C.C. Gran Plaza 2 (Majadahonda) expands its leisure and restaurant area with a works which will begin this very day January and which are expected to completed early next year.
The LSGIE, owner will carry out this work on 15,000 square metres.
The project, designed by the Chapman Taylor Architectural Studio, including 6 cinemas state-of-the-art operator Odeon Multicinemas y 13 new premises which will form a new restaurant area in the central square on the upper floor.
In addition, a new outdoor area, which will be called "The Gardens of Gran Plaza 2 and which will feature terraces, rest areas, fountains, a climbing wall and a playground with a large galleon.
The centre, which was inaugurated in 2012, with 60,000 square metres of GLA and 3,600 parking spaces, it is already a reference in the northwest area of the Community of Madrid with a clearly differentiated and competitive offer where large operators such as Alcampo, Inditex Group, Primark, H&M, Apple, FNAC, Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, Mango, Scalpers, El Ganso etc.
