19.86 by Rubén Arnanz is Stone's most recent project located in the emblematic Canalejas Gallery in Madrid. In this new space designed for the Michelin-starred chef from Segoviathe firm has wanted to represent and extol the values of the Castilian gastronomy.
Dtone points out that Castile represents, better than any other place, the identity of Spain since time immemorial. Its hard and forceful palate can be found in the 19.86 the perfect setting for the memory to be engraved with fire, wood and stone in our sensory memory. The space is a blank canvas so that the imagination of Ruben and his team, paint it with the colours and flavours of a land rich in contrasts and flavours.
