This January, the first works of the Hotel Coronas Playa in Costa Teguise (Lanzarote)to turn it into an innovative resort to be operated by Canarian Hospitality. The hotel will remain closed for 10 months for the duration of the execution of the work, and it shall be inaugurated next November.

Canarian Hospitality is continuing its rapid expansion, after open lhe doors of the past December at Adeje, Tenerifeof its first hotel, and announce the opening of a second in Yaiza, also in Lanzarote, by the end of this year.

The RIC is a tax resource, included in the Economic and Fiscal Regime of the IslandsThe Commission has also launched a programme for companies that make investments that promote infrastructure and job creation in the archipelago.

The six-storey hotel, which will be a 4 stars Superior, will have 229 rooms, four swimming pools, a buffet restaurant and an à la carte restaurant, a beach club, lobby bar, pool bar, theatre, spa and gym.
