Bombon Boss, the restaurant chain from Alicante, which this year celebrates 30 years of history, continues with its expansion plan with two new openings in the city of Alicante.The brand is thus starting the year with optimism and confidence in its business strategy.
With these openings, Bombon Boss adds up to 3 street-side cafés in your home town and totals 14 shops in the Valencian Community alone, 9 of which are located in the province of Alicante.
Despite the current difficulties in the restaurant sector, the company inaugurated last year 21 December its shop in the Plaza de los Luceros in AlicanteThis is the start of its street expansion strategy with an important opening in one of the most emblematic areas of the city. The new store has more than 200 square metres and a space for 30 square metre terracewhere you can take advantage of the more than 300 days of sunshine The shop offers a wide range of sweet and savoury products that can be chosen from the product display that customers can find as soon as they enter the shop. The next opening is scheduled for February. and will be located in the number 37, Germany Street, with almost 150 square metres. and very close to the golden mile of Maisonnave.

Thus, with the latest openings that Bombon Boss has made in Madrid, Galicia, Basque Country and, now, Alicante city centre, has generated more than 200 new jobs directors in the last year. As usual, in these last two establishments, the brand continues to offer its delivery service through Glovo's platforms and now also Just Eat and, of course, it will continue its collaboration with Too Good To Go to contribute to the reduction of food waste. Since the launch of this initiative in May 2021, Bombon Boss has saved more than 14 tonnes of C02 emissions. with the distribution of product packs to all its shops.
In parallel with the development of its expansion plan, Bombon Boss is continuing to develop its product strategy. The launch of new snacks like the Delhi Boss, with glass bread, chicken curry and avocado, or the Italian Boss Toscano, made with Schiacciata romana bread with olive oil, gorgonzola cheese cream, walnuts, rocket and Iberian mortadella with a sweet mustard sauce, are two clear examples of this. Not forgetting the gluten-free products on offer, such as the cinnamon roll or the chocolate palm, which will soon be complemented by new launches for coeliacs.
