The aim of the 9th edition of the "Bocadillos de Autor" competition was to find the best signature sandwich in Spain. And it has succeeded. Maximo Benages, head chef of the Neotaberna Santerra restaurant, has positioned himself as the author of the recipe for the best sandwich in Spain.
