Within the walls of a former ham warehouse in a shopping arcade in the Colonia del Manzanares neighbourhood is a new gastronomic project of Japanese cuisine, a Premium sushi workshop called Surgeon Kitchen, which offers sushi with touches of Nikkei cuisine and essences of Mediterranean gastronomy, at a reasonable price and with the experience of enjoying the dishes in a clandestine place, in the style of the New York speakeasy.
