The hotel manager is the highest paid profile in Spain in 2022 within the Hospitality & Tourism sector, and can reach 69,000 euros per year if he/she has more than a decade of experience in the Basque Country, Andalusia and the Region of Murcia, followed by the chef/executive chef, who can earn 65,000 euros per year with more than ten years of experience in Madrid or Barcelona, as well as the Head of Customer Experience - the most in-demand in the hospitality and tourism sector.
