The Costa del Sol is celebrating with the opening of Fitz Marbella, a spectacular new nightlife venue designed to revolutionise the region's nightlife. This ambitious project, led by Sounds GroupIt promised to be a pharaonic opening, and we at FOS are proud to have risen to this monumental challenge.
From the very first moment, we knew that Fitz Marbella would not be just any venue. This multifunctional space needed an advanced technological infrastructure to ensure impeccable service in every corner. The scale of the project demanded a complete and effective solution to ensure that all aspects of the service were seamlessly connected and functioning.
To meet the high expectations of Grupo Sounds and ensure the success of Fitz Marbella, we proposed different systems and installed a series of devices to facilitate the work of the whole team and satisfy the end customers. In addition, we trained the staff and worked side by side to be on top of every detail when it came to creating their personalised database in which every product counts. After D-Day, the work continues with daily reporting to keep the business profitable and offer the best experience to your visitors with high level indicators and trends.
We concentrated on 5 key points that we knew needed to be highlighted:
1. Keep the party going! Reducing waiting times and integrating platforms: One of the main challenges of any busy nightlife venue is to minimise customer waiting times. At Fitz Marbella, we have integrated ticket management and online ticket sales through platforms such as Fourvenues y SeeTicketsWe are able to synchronise the number of tickets available in real time. In addition, we use QR code technology for fast scanning and by controlling the capacity in real time, we have managed to get customers in quickly without wasting time in long lines.
2. Please come this way! Differentiated entrance control: One of the biggest complexities in managing large events is handling different types of tickets and ensuring that each group of customers receives exceptional service. Thanks to Ágora, we have implemented a ticket control system that efficiently segments ticket buyers, pre-sale ticket buyers and VIP customers. Thanks to this integration, VIP and preferential table customers receive an exclusive and fast treatment, guaranteeing a differential experience from the moment they enter the venue, improving their satisfaction and loyalty.
3. What can I get you? Real-time monitoring: Fitz Marbella needed a system that could monitor and manage stock and consumption in real time in each of its multiple bars and special attention areas.
With our technology, the team can control the stock of drinks and other products, avoiding both overstocking and understocking, ensuring that nothing is ever out of stock during a busy night.
4. Two waiters for the VIP! Analysis and optimisation with artificial intelligence: We have implemented AI-powered crowd control cameras, which not only help manage the number of people in the venue, but also provide valuable data to optimise staff deployment and improve the customer experience. In addition, with our BI (Business Intelligence) dashboards, Fitz Marbella can access detailed analytics to make informed decisions based on consumption and sales patterns.
5. Listen up! Training and best practices: Part of our service included training staff on best practices in inventory management and use of the new technologies implemented.
An analysis of historical sales data and consumption patterns makes it possible to forecast demand and adjust orders accordingly, always maintaining a perfect inventory balance.
