The implementation of Agora as a management system has been key in this digital adventure. This software allows the Taiga team to efficiently manage every transaction in its restaurants and shops, while offering a reporting system that helps to keep the "map" of its operations clear..
With Agora, any menu change, inventory control or price update is handled with the ease of a click, without the need for complicated technical manoeuvres.
In addition, we provide training for team members so they can navigate this new technology like experts, from any tent or restaurant on the campsite. Staff feel confident in providing efficient and fast service, reducing waiting time and allowing campers to focus on what they came to do: relax and enjoy themselves.
