Ibiza Gran Hotel 5* Gran Lujo will reopen its doors on 16 April. In addition to its suites and its renovated Open Spa, this year it will undertake a complete refurbishment of its signature cuisine with the renovation of its restaurant La Gaia by Óscar Molina, by the interior design studio of Sandra Tarruella.
