Fango is the bar located in the basement of chef Carlos Casillas' restaurant Barro (Ávila). The proposal composed by head bartender Jorge Palacios and Carmen Bretón will be installed in the Peruvian restaurant Oroya -located on the fourth floor of The Madrid Edition hotel-, in an ephemeral and unique event that brings Fango to the capital for the first time.
