TimeSpirit, the new restaurant led by the Roca brothers at The Macallan distillery in Scotland, has opened its doors. In celebration of The Macallan's 200th anniversary, the single malt Scotch whisky brand has worked with the Roca brothers to launch a new permanent dining concept, TimeSpirit, which has opened at The Macallan's Scottish distillery in the heart of Speyside.
