Casa de comidas Amparo 1948 is the latest venture of the Barbillón Family & Corp group. At the head of the project are the brothers Curro and Kike Sánchez del Amo, who wanted to pay tribute to their mother, Amparo, a woman who dedicated her life to the hotel and catering business and passed on her love of cooking to them. Classic recipes are given their rightful place.
