The Andalusian Academy of Gastronomy and Tourism (AAGT) held its General Assembly at the Palacio de Villardompardo - Conjunto Histórico Baños Árabes in Jaén. The meeting announced the appointment of the new president of the institution, José Manuel Gaztelu Bueno, who takes over from Iván Llanza Ortiz as president of the Academy.
