From the 23 April 2025the Tax Agency has put into early operation the first official VERI*FACTU servicesin compliance with Royal Decree 1007/2023. Although it will be compulsory from 1 January 2026, we encourage you to make sure you have your system ready by that date.
The services that are already available from its e-Office are:
-Services for invoice issuers:

Exclusive for VERI*FACTU systems:
◾ Web service for the submission of verifiable invoice records (art.16.1)
◾ Web service for consulting my billing records
◾Page for consulting and downloading my billing records
-Services for invoice recipients:
Invoice matching service via QR (art.17.1). The matching will only be effective for invoice records submitted from VERI*FACTU systems.
