With the opening of Ruge, Murcian chef Rubén Iborra takes another step forward in his professional career. The chef has decided to take a step forward to undertake a more ambitious project, moving his gastronomic philosophy to an old mountain refuge in La Jarosa, in the heart of the Sierra de Guadarrama.
