Atom Hoteles Socimi, the hotel investment vehicle created in 2018 by Bankinter Investment and GMA, has formalised the agreement to sell the Exe Rey Don Jaime hotel for €50 million. The divestment is part of the selective rotation policy that the company has been implementing to optimise its portfolio and strengthen its position in the sector.
