This time the destination is Mallorca, in the port of Molinar. Every time Lamucca opens a new venue, we feel part of the journey. And if that journey involves crossing the sea and taking their proposal outside Madrid... even more so!
We are thrilled to announce that we are accompanying the group on its first opening outside the capital. This new restaurant is not just an expansion: it is a declaration of intent. A commitment to continue doing things with care, with flavour, with excellence.
From the beginning, we knew that this landing had to be up to the task. The location is unique, but also demanding. That's why our team designed a technological facility that was designed for everything flows from the first ticket.
The project includes:
– Agora Management System fully adapted to the restaurant model
– Touch POS connected to kitchen and bar
– Professional network system and segmented WiFi for guests, staff and systems
– Synchronised dataphones with the point of sale
Each tool was selected, installed and configured with a clear vision: that the team can focus on what's important-the customer experience-without worrying about what is going on behind the counter.
