Josep Alcaraz, director of the Gastronomic Forum Barcelona show, gives details of an edition that focuses on local produce and the promotion of small producers. The event will take place from 3 to 5 November at Fira de Barcelona's Montjuïc exhibition centre, and is expected to bring together more than 350 exhibiting companies and 18,000 professional visitors.
