Clandestino and Casa Candela, the new projects promoted by Madrid chefs Javier Goya and José Fuentes, land in Zahara de los Atunes. Both restaurants represent a new stage in the career of these two chefs with solid roots in the restaurant business - Goya, owner of Grupo Triciclo and Fuentes, with KultO in Madrid and Taberna Trasteo, in Zahara de los Atunes.
