In 2023, Lucas Bustos opened Gurisa in the area of José Ignacio, Uruguay. Inspired by his wines, fire and the wealth of local products, this concept connects with a cuisine of roots and proximity, where territory and seasonality mark the pulse of the menu, a proposal that won over the public from its first days. The chef is now opening Gurisa Madrid, at 31 Calle Zurbano.
