On Carrer Còrsega, in Barcelona's Eixample, Fukamura is transformed and reborn as Omakase restaurant, a Japanese cuisine bar for seven diners. "I feel that the time has come to cook the way I really want to. Without a menu, without rushing, with total freedom and with the best possible product", explains Daisuke Fukamura, the project's chef.
