The programme of activities at Gastronomic Forum Barcelona, Fira de Barcelona's trade fair for the hotel, catering, gastronomy and foodservice sector, will this year have a central theme of great cultural and gastronomic value: New Catalan Cuisine. From 3 to 5 November in Palau 8 of the Montjuïc exhibition centre, the event will become a platform for international projection.
