What did we do?
A good swing starts with a good base. And that's what we did:
A POS to match the field
We install a robust, fast and elegant point-of-sale system (just like the club). Equipment ready to not fail even on the 18th hole of the busiest day.
The whole restaurant, under control
We set up the management software so that the restaurant team could have everything under control: from suppliers to the details of each recipe. Less time in front of screens, more time serving the members.
And the highlight: a virtual wallet for partners.
This was the hole in one of the project. We created a customised 100% functionality integrated with the Agora system:
- Members top up their balance (e.g. €20,000 per year).
- And then they can pay with that balance every time they eat at the restaurant.
- You can check in the customer's file how much balance he/she had before and how much is left.
- All movements and histories of purchases and receipts are recorded.
Training and accompaniment
And because at FOS we don't leave anyone alone in the field, we also trained the team to use all the tools like true pros.
