This week was held the Verifactu and e-Invoicing Conference organised by Madrid Business Forum at the PONS Foundation, a key meeting to address the challenges and opportunities arising from the digital and fiscal transformation facing Spanish companies.

"Many businesses are seeing Verifactu as a burden, but in reality it is an opportunity to digitise and simplify. The key is to accompany them with adapted tools and realistic consultancy," Camps explained during his presentation.
Representatives from the Tax Agency, Inforges and other experts also took part in the conference, explaining the regulatory context, deadlines and the different types of solutions available for companies, especially for SMEs, the self-employed and micro-enterprises.
FOS Consulting, which works with hospitality groups throughout Spain, emphasised the need for an accompanied and personalised implementation, which connects the regulations with the actual operation of the teams.
The day concluded with an open discussion between speakers and attendees, where the future scenario of the new regulations and the next steps to be taken were made clear.
