Jerez de la Frontera hosted the third Chefs' Retreat, an experience held as part of Auténtica 2025, which is being held in Seville until 16 September. More than 80 haute cuisine chefs came together for the event, designed to encourage encounters, reflection and a connection with Andalusian cultural heritage.
