Hostelería de España and Sabor Del Año Restauración have signed a collaboration agreement whereby the award, which specialises in distinguishing food products for the Horeca channel, joins the Hostelería de España Club. This club seeks to promote actions and projects that enhance the value of a sector that employs almost 2 million people and generates 6.8% of Spain's GDP.
