Avanza Food has launched a new edition of Tony Roma's University, its training programme in Organised Catering specialising in the Casual Dining segment. A pioneering project in the sector, where it offers young people in vulnerable situations the opportunity to access the labour market, combining theoretical and practical training in a real restaurant.
