This week we celebrate in the Madrid Innovation Lab our workshop "Experience the Perfect Restaurant".a meeting that brought together more than 50 professionals from the hospitality sector to discover how technology can transform the management of a restaurant, from the dining room to the kitchen.
What is a perfect restaurant?
A perfect restaurant is not the one that never makes mistakes, but the one that has full control of its operation and ensures that every detail flows: the order that enters the kitchen instantly, the stock that is automatically adjusted, the payments that are recorded without friction, or the room-kitchen coordination that avoids the classic "moments of chaos".
In this session we will show how, with tools such as Ágora TPV, kitchen monitors (KDS), Verifactu and Ágora PaymentsBy digitising key processes, it is possible to save time, reduce costs and improve the customer experience.
