Ecovidrio and Hostelería de España, with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Tourism, represented by Jordi Hereu, have presented the 'I Barómetro de la Sostenibilidad Hostelera en España', a radiography of the sustainability of the hospitality industry that analyses the degree of environmental commitment of the hospitality sector, the most relevant trends in sustainability and the pending challenges to advance towards a more circular and sustainable model in the Spanish hospitality industry.
