Oriva, Interprofesional del Aceite de Orujo de Oliva, is launching the 7th edition of "El Duelo", the programme that combines technical training and culinary competition for future chefs, bringing the properties and cooking performance of Olive Pomace Oil to the classroom. The tour starts in Jaén (IES El Valle) and will travel to 18 schools in 11 autonomous communities, with 22 training days planned.
